The timer is locked
That is the paywall. Full access is either an active 7-day trial or a lifetime unlock. Both are purchased through Apple.
Restore a purchase on this device or another, signed into the same Apple ID, with Restore purchase on the paywall.
I reinstalled the app and there is no trial
Reinstalling does not start a new trial. The trial is a one-time Apple purchase at zero cost, tied to your Apple ID. This is intentional.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only by Apple. Use Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, or reportaproblem.apple.com.
No notification when a session ended
On iPhone or iPad go to Settings → Lumiri Focus → Notifications. Allow notifications. If the phone was in Focus or Do Not Disturb, the system may have silenced the alert.
Purchases
The download is free. The trial is seven days, starts when you confirm it on the paywall, and does not turn into a subscription. Lifetime is a single payment through the App Store, in your store’s currency. Family Sharing is off.
